Founded in 1996, the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów is one of Poland’s leading non-public higher education institutions, distinguished by its strong orientation toward information technology, management, and applied sciences. The university has consistently aligned its academic programmes with labour market needs and digital transformation trends, developing recognised expertise in data analytics, IT systems, and innovation management. With substantial experience in European-funded projects and international cooperation, the institution plays a key role in advancing digital competencies and research excellence within transnational partnerships such as SPARK-AI.

Established in 1984, the University of Thessaly is a prominent Greek public research university with a broad multidisciplinary profile. Over the years, it has developed strong faculties in engineering, health sciences, agricultural sciences, humanities, and social sciences, supporting both regional development and international research collaboration. The university is actively engaged in European research frameworks and innovation ecosystems, contributing high-level scientific expertise and cross-disciplinary research capabilities that strengthen the strategic objectives of SPARK-AI.

With origins dating back to 1336, the University of Camerino is one of Europe’s historic universities, combining long-standing academic tradition with a modern, research-intensive approach. The institution is internationally recognised for excellence in natural sciences, engineering, pharmacy, architecture, and legal studies. UNICAM maintains a strong commitment to innovation, quality assurance, and internationalisation, participating in numerous European research and mobility programmes. Founded in 1972, the University of Technology of Compiègne (UTC) is a leading French technological university known for its innovative model that integrates engineering, technology, and social sciences. Designed to bridge academic research with industrial application, UTC has built strong partnerships with industry and international research institutions. The university is widely recognised for its expertise in digital systems, artificial intelligence, and human–technology interaction. Its advanced technological knowledge and experience in European collaborative projects provide critical support to SPARK-AI’s development of intelligent algorithms and AI-powered research support solutions.
